The first lounge has a 36" flat screen 75 channel cable TV with DVD/CD player and VCR. Patio doors open out to the beautiful pool area overlooking the lake. There is a very spacious kitchen and dining area for formal and casual dining. Extensively equipped kitchen with everything you would need including a large fridge with automatic ice maker.

There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for all your laundry needs, ceiling fans throughout the house, telephone with free local calls and a double garage. A High Chair is available for hire if required.
